Sara SpeicherSara Speicher has over 15 years experience in religious and non-profit communication and management, with an emphasis on strategic organisational communication. Over the last ten years she has worked for leading international organisations such as the World Council of Churches, Ecumenical Advocacy Alliance, World AIDS Campaign and World YWCA. She currently serves on the board of directors for the World Association for Christian Communication.

Sara grew up in the USA, worked for seven years in Geneva, Switzerland, and has now been based in the UK since 2003.

She is personally committed to developing positive and team-oriented working relationships, and seeks to work with non-profit organisations that use media and communication to promote global concerns.

James WoolgroveJames Woolgrove became involved in training in the late 1980s, first with a training organisation and then moving into the presentation industry. He worked with many world leading companies with product launches, conferences and exhibitions. For the last 10 years, he has been involved in practical safety management in a range of projects and events. James now specialises in simplifying safety and runs safety management courses for a variety of organisations.

James is a Member of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (MIIRSM).

James is enthusiastic about applying creative thinking and approaches gained from a broad exposure to different organisations and cultures, to the challenges that he faces within his work. Like Sara, he is passionate about working within the not-for-profit sector.
